From previous generational changes and learning what did and importantly what didn’t work, the next generation in Chris Lindsey understands the importance of working together as a team, as a community to pool together everyone’s skills and experience and move forward in an open, honest and respectful way that shows we do genuinely care; both with our fellow team members and all our Clients.
I find Chris to be a very progressive leader, he inspires and leads from the front. He is open to
new avenues and very creative when it comes to business in general. He is always pushing the
boundaries and looking ahead to see what is next. He’s a pleasure to work with and be around,
and I always enjoy our chats.
Chris has found in Paul, our Operations Manager, someone who shares his passion for these values and understands the strength of teamwork, with the ability and drive to learn from the challenges that we have and will overcome. Their influence over the last couple of years has helped deliver this era of Lindsey Group’s goals and made sure that the quality and experience has stayed part of our core.
Paul has dealt with some challenges and has helped the company in the right direction. He’ll take ideas away and work towards finding a way to put them into place to make things better.
Engagement and communication are at the heart of this new modern management, with regular open forums where every person’s ideas are as valuable as anyone else’s.
Staff are extremely well supported by the management, with all company processes equally supported by highly competent individuals.
Building on the foundations the previous generations created, without losing that quality of service and decades of knowledge, we work together with collective decisions being the norm for us now. We understand that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Having dealt with the challenges in recent years with respect and professionalism, the team have built a better more inclusive community on these great generational foundations.
We now look to the future, with everything we’ve learnt from the past.
